From picking up the phone, to the first mouse click on your computer, until you start rebounding—If you aren’t completely satisfied with every part of the journey please contact us. We try not to keep a lot of stock in our warehouse. That's not because we're being stingy. Many of our distributors ship for us and hold our stock. By doing this we can throw in valuable freebies with your rebounders because of the offset cost.
Demos —or previously owned rebounders
We can let you know if a rebounder is retired from a customer, living out its days in a demo when we are finally done, or we never sold it at a trade show or some event. Either way, we'll help you track a rebounder down if it's available at a discount.
Local delivery is available if we have a distributor in your area and If you'd prefer to use a local courier we can arrange that by phone. You can pay them at the same time you receive your rebounder. Let us know if you want to arrange this.
Pick up order
If you are local and want to pick it up, you don't pay shipping. This applies to rebounders that don't have free shipping included from the manufacturer.
Returns: All of our guarantees fall within the standard 30 day or whatever guarantees the manufacturer sets for their rebounder.
Can I buy wholesale?
We do wholesale certain rebounders as long as people follow the rules of selling. We'd be happy to help you find a source for them. Email us first and let us know more about what you want to do.
